RICHARD S. HURST, CCIM
The Hurst Company is located in Leawood, Kansas and is a fullservice real estate firm. Richard Hurst founded the company in 2007 with nearly 15 years of real estate experience and over 30 years of retail experience. Our clients will benefit from our experience, knowledge, and relationships with people involved in all phases of real estate. No client is too small as we have worked with a single store owned by a single individual to the Fortune 500 companies with properties all over the country.
Richard has been involved in every phase of the real estate industry. He has developed multi-tenant shopping centers, single tenant buildings, and has selected sites for many national retailers including JoAnn Fabrics, Rainbow Apparel, Caribou Coffee, Hardee's, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Walgreens and Regis Corporation.
Richard is currently a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Council of International Restaurant Real Estate Brokers (CIRB), CCIM Institute, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
